About Jeffrey Gorman
Jeffrey Gorman is co-host of Steve Gorman SPORTS!, a nationally syndicated FOX Sports Radio (FSR) program. Based in Nashville, Tenn, Gorman joins his cousin, and drummer for The Black Crowes, Steve Gorman weekday afternoons on the network as they interview a wide variety of guests from the athletic and musical worlds, delivering unique sports commentary and entertainment.
Prior to joining FSR, Gorman spent a decade working as the Director of TV and Radio Broadcast for the Indianapolis Colts. In that role, he produced and hosted four weekly radio and television programs, while overseeing the media departments. He also served as Director of Player Relations for the club.
Previously, Gorman spent two years as a correspondent on The Best Damn Sports Show Period, followed by a one-year stint at Sports Illustrated as Host of the SI 50th Anniversary Across America. Prior to entering sports media, he made numerous appearances in television, film and commercials, and spent six years on the road with The Black Crowes, taking on several roles while touring with the band.
Gorman was born and raised in the Detroit, Mich. area.
About Steve Gorman
As drummer and founding member of legendary rock band The Black Crowes, Gorman has enjoyed over two decades of success. Having sold more than 30 million records since the band’s 1990 debut, The Black Crowes continue to record and perform live, with their most recent world tour concluding in December 2013. A widely respected drummer, Gorman has worked with Bob Dylan, Jimmy Page, and Warren Zevon among others. An avid sports fan, Gorman launched Steve Gorman Sports! as a podcast in 2010, and has hosted several local shows on sports radio stations over the past couple of years. Appearing on Jay Mohr Sports as a frequent guest, Gorman has also become a FOX Sports Radio fan favorite.
